This hybrid role blends strategy with hands-on execution to exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a strong staffing sales background, a proven ability to win new business, and a track record of leading small teams in a performance-driven culture.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing preferred.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits with a consultative approach.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening long-term client partnerships.
• Act as player-coach - lead and coach a small recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on individual and branch sales goals while driving profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally.
