Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager at the Salem, VA branch. The role focuses on leading Outside Sales Representatives, coaching to hit branch targets, and driving customer satisfaction while representing the brand with confidence.

You will train the team on product knowledge and sales techniques, conduct ride-alongs, and manage a personal book of business. This position rewards ownership and a strong culture of internal growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience leading a sales team.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Superior knowledge of sales techniques.
