Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure all client requirements (operational and contractual) are met with SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews.
• Lead branch P&L management and cost-control decisions.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and coach recruiters.
