Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a growing team, drive revenue, and manage client relationships in the Kentucky market. You will plan and execute sales strategies, supervise recruiters, and ensure service excellence across accounts and operations.

The role emphasizes P&L responsibility, budgeting, and continuous improvement in processes to meet KPIs and SLAs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and develop new clients with growth plans.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and monitor service levels.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communications and reviews.
• Manage day-to-day performance of branch staff and coaching of recruiters.
• Lead branch P&L and budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control decisions.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and local relationships to build a digital presence.
