Job summary

TruGreen is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead and grow sales at the Lowell branch. You will shape staffing, training, and strategies to meet aggressive sales targets while managing customer satisfaction and service quality.

You will oversee marketing collaboration, lead generation, and workforce scheduling, ensuring compliance with safety policies. The role requires travel across routes and strong leadership to drive a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of related experience in lawn/horticulture/agronomic field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel across all routes within the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive branch sales plans and forecasts and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate on diverse marketing programs to drive profit growth and service expansion.
• Generate sales leads from various sources and support closing sales when needed.
• Address customer complaints and retain customers by reviewing new sale cancellations.
• Organize ongoing training for sales staff on customer service and selling techniques.
• Establish work procedures, schedules, and track branch sales performance.
• Set and maintain performance standards and corrective actions to meet plans.
• Recruit, interview, and staff 10+ peak reps; evaluate performance and salary recommendations.
