TruGreen LawnCare is seeking an Experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team within the local market. The role focuses on strategic planning, staffing, and driving growth through local marketing initiatives and customer retention.

The candidate will oversee sales forecasts, program execution, and performance metrics while collaborating with marketing and operations to maximize branch profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years related experience in lawn/horticulture agronomic field or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience and leadership ability.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency with sales analytics and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel to all door-to-door routes within the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop branch sales plans and forecasts to meet objectives within budget.
• Collaborate on marketing programs to drive profit growth and service expansion.
• Generate sales leads and assist closing sales as needed.
• Address customer complaints and manage sale cancellations to retain customers.
• Organize ongoing training for sales personnel on customer service and selling techniques.
• Establish work schedules and monitor weekly sales performance by team member.
• Develop performance standards and corrective strategies to meet plans.
• Lead recruitment and staffing for 10+ reps and manage salary recommendations.
