Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, client relationships, and branch profitability. You will oversee sales, recruitment strategies, and cost control while developing top talent and delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.

The role requires building plans to expand existing accounts, managing daily operations, and ensuring service levels meet KPIs. A strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and strategic planning is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to win new clients and backfill lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; implement revenue/expense forecasts.
• Coach and develop recruiters; monitor KPIs and SLAs; drive process improvements.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references within guidelines.
• Lead recruitment efforts and establish digital presence and local relationships.
