Job summary

Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager to drive new client acquisition, grow existing accounts, and manage branch P&L. You will recruit, train, and lead a team, maintain high customer satisfaction, and ensure service levels align with KPIs and SLAs. Strong sales leadership and relationship-building skills are essential for success.

The role emphasizes strategic account growth, cost control, and collaboration with HR, Operations, and client contacts to deliver results.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, and to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost or lapsed accounts.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories and discuss with clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control decisions.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• On-board new customers and manage terms, risk, and credit assessment.
