Qualifications

• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new clients and expand existing ones.
• Lead recruitment strategies, branch P&L management, and budget development.
• Coach and develop recruiters; monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance.
• Own credit references, client terms, and on-boarding processes with customers.
