Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a Branch Sales Manager in Washington, DC to drive sales excellence and surpass targets across the sales team. You will develop strategies, hire and train staff, and collaborate with account executives to grow revenue and retain clients.

The role requires 5+ years outside sales with 3+ years in sales management, plus experience in document management solutions. Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years outside sales experience with at least 3 years in sales management.
• 3-5 years of B2B industry sales experience.
• Experience selling document technology services and solutions.
• Proficient in using virtual meeting platforms to drive discussions.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRMs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of Sales Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
• Attract, hire, and train top talent to ensure continuous development within the sales team.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to perfect performance and achieve sales quotas.
• Set clear personal contribution targets to drive success.
• Establish a rigorous weekly pipeline cadence for accountability and execution.
• Partner with branch specialists and service technicians to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide constructive feedback and clear directions for improvement.
