Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead a residential sales team across the assigned territory. You will coach field sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with Operations to align goals and boost performance.

The role requires strong leadership, sales skills, and the ability to manage training, coaching, and daily field activities to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Ability to analyze sales data
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area
• Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, with Operations support to align goals
• Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance and develop skills
• Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the territory if needed
• Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs to improve communication and development
• Ensure team meets activity standards and sales targets
