Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Branch Manager to lead district operations, develop a strong management team, and ensure superior customer experiences. The role emphasizes growth, profitability, and staff development across the branch network.

You will interview and hire staff, plan responsibilities, and drive programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance and coordinating with various departments. Travel and on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position
• Background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Experience in pest control industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
• Must pass pre-employment background screen and have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs
• Plan, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to operations and service management for smooth branch operations
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives through the district management team
• Review environment and business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and coach teams accordingly
• Provide supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions
