Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, picking, and loading the vehicle.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders and shipping products.
• Prepare backorders and stock replenishment.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom upkeep.
• Perform inventory counts and housekeeping to Grainger standards.
