Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, selecting products, entering orders, and safely loading customer vehicles
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and build customer loyalty
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in-person interactions
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products
• Prepare customer backorders and organize stock received
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment
• Conduct inventory counts
• Learn and navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks
• Perform housekeeping to maintain Grainger standards
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE as required
