Chase Branch seeks an Associate Relationship Banker dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality and financial guidance. You will greet clients, understand needs, and offer thoughtful solutions using Chase’s digital tools to enhance everyday banking experiences.

You will build trusted relationships by explaining products clearly, collaborating with branch teammates, and adhering to policy standards while helping clients achieve their financial goals in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Experience in Retail, Financial Services, or related industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
