Job summary

Chase in the United States is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to join a branch team and deliver hospitality-driven service. You will represent our brand, leverage modern banking solutions, and help clients achieve financial goals, contributing to branch success.

You will engage clients with consultative sales, guide them to digital tools like the Chase Mobile App, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs while supporting branch operations and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Meet with branch assigned clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
