Vectra Bank Colorado is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker for our Littleton branch. You will deliver top-tier customer service while driving sales and referrals to meet financial goals in a community bank setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in sales or teller/loan processing, strong communication, and a commitment to providing personalized service. This hands-on role supports daily branch operations and relationship-building with clients.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in sales, teller, or loan processing.
• Experience in financial sales preferred.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and transactions.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent selling, cross-selling, and referral abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full-service banking services to new and existing customers, focusing on sales and service.
• Handle new accounts, consumer loans, and client service issues.
• Resolve client concerns directly or refer to appropriate bank departments.
• Refer clients to other bank products and services, including commercial lending.
• Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• May process cash transactions, open/update accounts, and originate/close loans.
