You will deliver top-notch customer service, drive sales, and manage relationships at the local branch. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with a Monday–Saturday schedule (40 hours/week).

The role involves handling accounts, loans, and referrals, while maintaining a high level of customer care and collaboration with other departments. Benefits start day one.

Formación

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products, services and transactions.
• Experience with consumer lending applications and cross-selling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs full-service banking services in the branch with focus on sales and service.
• Open new accounts, assist with loans, and resolve client service issues.
• Refer clients to other bank departments for products and services.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships with personalized service.
