Vectra Bank Colorado is seeking an experienced Business Banker to provide top-tier banking services in the Denver Metro area. The role focuses on growing a portfolio of business clients, cross-selling products and delivering consultative financial solutions tailored to client needs.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in banking or finance and 2+ years of commercial lending experience, with strong sales and relationship-building abilities. In-office five days a week in Denver Metro, CO.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in banking, finance or a related field and 2+ years commercial lending or other related experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes.
• Ability to expand commercial loans, client relationships and cross-sell bank products.
• Solid sales ability and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow, retain and expand a portfolio of Business Banking clients.
• Source new customers through referrals and cross-sell banking products.
• Meet revenue goals for region and products; maintain client relationships with regular visits.
