Job summary

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., seeks a Branch Relationship Banker for the West Liberty branch in Reno, NV. You will handle full-service banking, focus on sales and service, and nurture customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in universal/personal banking or similar retail banking role.
• Experience in a financial sales role is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking at the branch with focus on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns and refer to appropriate departments.
• Make referrals for other bank products and services.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issues are resolved.
• Handle cash transactions, accounts, and loan processing as needed.
