The candidate will work with Chase’s digital tools and collaborate with product specialists to serve client needs while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to tailor product features to different client needs.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor recommendations to financial needs.
• Communicate clearly to build trust and understand client goals.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app and online banking.
