JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will welcome clients, assess financial needs, and offer banking solutions with a focus on service excellence.

You will promote technology tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with the team to address complex financial requirements while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail or Financial Services preferred.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
