EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Marysville, MI to source, screen, and refer qualified candidates for high-volume positions. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from posting jobs to interview and onboarding, using data to drive timely order fulfillment.

You will engage with schools, colleges and online channels to build a robust candidate pipeline and ensure diverse hiring, while coordinating with client teams to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 1+ years in staffing/recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and meeting staffing goals.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and creating creative plans via schools, colleges, and social media.
• Write effective job postings to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for orders.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and keep the database updated.
• Leverage data to forecast and meet daily order fill goals.
• Participate in meetings to align with daily staffing targets.
• Lead candidates through the interview cycle based on experience and availability.
• Process candidates through vetting and document all activity.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
