Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in community association management or related industries.
• Strong financial and business acumen with budgeting and performance metrics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the branch’s strategic and annual operating plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop the branch leadership team.
• Build trusted relationships with boards, homeowners, community leaders, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Drive growth by expanding the branch’s presence in Oklahoma.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Use financial and operational data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
