Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in the United States to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. The role involves identifying customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

You will conduct inspections, respond to leads, and maintain vehicle operations, while meeting sales targets and complying with safety

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and make proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads and proactively generate additional pest control opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and comply with Vehicle Policy.
