Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Tampa, FL is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships for long-term value.

The position involves conducting inspections, pursuing leads, presenting proposals, and maintaining equipment and vehicle compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver's license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional pest control services to customers through warm leads, cold calls and on-site visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and generate additional pest control and related service opportunities from branch leads.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle per Vehicle Policy.
