Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is a fast-growing pest control provider hiring a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions to homes and businesses. The role emphasizes identifying customer needs, recommending tailored services, and building lasting relationships through exceptional service.

You will conduct inspections, respond to leads, prepare treatment specifications, and maintain a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch and crawl in tight spaces.
• State-required pest control training and licensing if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers via warm leads, cold calls and on-site visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to pests.
• Respond to branch sales leads and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treatment instructions per laws and policy.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment per policy.
