EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in San Antonio, TX. You will drive revenue by selling pest control solutions through customer-focused approaches, identifying needs, and building lasting relationships.

The role involves inspections, proposal presentations, and proactive lead generation, with a base pay of $17/hour plus uncapped commissions. Benefits include weekly pay, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional pest control services to customers via warm leads, cold calls, and on-site visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and conditions conducive to pests; present proposals to obtain contracts.
• Respond to and pursue assigned leads, generating additional pest control opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treatment instructions in compliance with laws and company policy.
• Maintain company vehicle and gear in good condition per Vehicle Policy.
