Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring a Branch Sales Professional in San Antonio to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships to deliver long-term value.

You will conduct inspections, propose contracts, and respond to sales leads while maintaining company vehicles and following policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.
