Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Houston to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, propose tailored plans, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service.

You will conduct inspections, respond to leads, and maintain accurate job specifications within regulatory guidelines. The role offers a base hourly rate with potential commissions and a path to higher earnings through

Qualifications

6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers.
Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations.
Respond to and work assigned sales leads and generate additional opportunities.
Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws and company policy.
Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and equipment.
