Applicants should have 2+ years in staffing or recruiting, some supervisory experience, and proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office.

Formación

• 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a service-driven environment.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting processes and client services delivery.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with Balance Staffing values to guide branch operations.
• Support branch profitability by executing operational plans and budgets.
• Supervise daily branch activities to meet goals.
• Participate in recruiting: screening, hiring, onboarding, and training.
