Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills are desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations and management through an 18-24 month paid training program.
• Assist in promoting to Branch Manager and relocation package.
• Help customers meet financial goals by informing on loan products and services.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and assist in credit decisions and closings.
• Support recruiting, training and sales planning to achieve goals and promote customer experience.
• Grow branch and advance within the company through performance.
