Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Familiar with Dealer ERP and dealer software.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• Fluent English required.
• Ongoing training 3–5 years for knowledge updates.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the performance of department staff.
• Ensure positive customer experience through training, proactive coaching and mentoring.
• Foster relationships with customers and peers; represent department in meetings.
• Maintain organized records including cash sale reconciliation, A/P/petty cash.
• Maintain inventory integrity, timely receipts, will-call, returns and scheduling.
• Understand G/L structure and review operating statements and margins.
• Establish department budgets, goals and initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
