You will balance leadership with inventory control, develop budgets, and work to improve processes while sustaining a strong focus on safety and service. This role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, heavy equipment environment.

Formación

• Leadership: proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and mentor parts team to drive performance.
• Oversee all parts operations: ordering, receipting, inventory control.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory: cycle counts, stocking levels, and transaction recording.
• Develop and manage department goals and budgets; monitor receivables and profitability.
