Job summary

Motion- is seeking a Branch Operations Associate to support counter and warehouse production. You will handle orders, inventory, assembly of hoses, and shipping for local pickups and national deliveries.

This on-site role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced industrial distribution setting. Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking, quality checks, and coordinating with delivery personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and basic math.
• Familiarity with warehouse and production tasks preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service.
• Process sales, quotes, and production orders in the system.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and verify incoming products.
• Build hose assemblies and perform quality checks.
• Package, label, and ship orders to customers.
• Support inventory control and cycle counts.
• Perform local pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Operate forklifts and follow safety standards.
