Job summary

MFCP is seeking a Branch Operations Associate in Yuma, AZ to deliver exceptional counter and phone service while handling warehouse and light production tasks. You will process orders, stock inventory, build hose assemblies, and prepare products for pickup, delivery, or shipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; education/experience may be considered.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency; willingness to learn new software (Epicor Prophet 21 a plus).
Ability to perform basic math calculations and lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints using effective problem-solving.
Provide accurate product and basic technical information; learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs.
Process sales, quotes, and production orders; maintain documentation, item locations, and paperwork (invoicing as applicable).
Estimate and communicate order/delivery timelines based on inventory and production schedules.
Receive, inspect, stock, and verify incoming products; stock to proper locations.
