You will process orders, manage inventory, assemble hose components, and prepare shipments for pickup or delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll also handle order timelines, perform follow-ups with customers, and participate in safety training while maintaining accuracy and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Perform basic math calculations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Provide accurate product and basic technical information; learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs.
• Process sales, quotes, and/or production orders; maintain documentation and locations.
• Estimate and communicate order/delivery timelines based on inventory and production schedules.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming products; stock to proper locations.
• Pull, pick, allocate, and distribute product to fulfill orders; operate RF scanner as required.
