Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints using effective problem-solving.
• Process sales, quotes, and/or production orders in the system; maintain accurate documentation, item locations, and required paperwork.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming products; stock them to proper locations.
• Build hose assemblies; assist with testing and finishing; perform quality checks on assemblies before release.
• Package, label, and ship orders using approved methods; ensure shipments are accurate and secure.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts.
• Complete required safety and equipment training; operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; comply with safety regulations.
