Job summary

MFCP is seeking a Branch Operations Associate to support counter and warehouse production in Smithfield, UT. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, receive stock, and build hose assemblies.

This on-site role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, forklift operation, and a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will ensure timely fulfillment and maintain orderly inventory and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Epicor Prophet 21 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints using effective problem-solving.
• Process sales, quotes, and/or production orders in the system; maintain accurate documentation, item locations, and required paperwork.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming products; receive items into the system and stock them to proper locations.
• Pull, pick, allocate, and distribute product to fulfill orders; operate RF scanner as required.
• Build hose assemblies; assist with testing and finishing; perform quality checks on assemblies before release.
• Package, label, shrink wrap, stage, and ship orders using approved methods; ensure shipments are accurate and secure.
• Make local pickups and deliveries as assigned; communicate positively with customers, delivery personnel, and team members to ensure smooth flow of orders.
