Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in management in service-based business required.
• CDL and wastewater experience preferred.
• Travel up to 20% anticipated.
• Split between office and field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with QuickBooks or Service Titan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily branch operations and logistics.
• Manage customer-facing estimates, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Develop and manage staff, schedules, and performance.
• Maintain P&L and cost controls; report to management.
