Job summary

North Shore Bank is seeking a Branch Teller Supervisor to coordinate fixed activities of the branch and provide high-quality customer service. In the absence of the Branch Manager, you may supervise staff and support branch operations.

The role includes cross-selling bank products, handling teller duties, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring security and procedural compliance while guiding staff to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year bank-related operational support experience.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts.
• Previous Teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branch operations and disseminate updates to branch staff.
• Provide professional teller service and uphold customer service standards.
• Answer questions, guide customers to appropriate staff and resolve inquiries.
• Research and resolve non-routine customer problems; refer complex issues to the manager.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and security practices.
• Open and close the branch; manage staff scheduling; monitor fees within guidelines.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals to products/services.
