Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking an Operations Services Supervisor to oversee the operational management of a single branch and lead the service line team. You will process teller transactions and customer service requests while promoting bank capabilities and resources to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 5 years of experience in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.

Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships that deliver value; uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, bank policies, procedures and risk management; maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage performance and coaching to develop associates and achieve results.
