Job summary

QXO is seeking a Summer Internship participant to join our branch operations teams across the United States. This 12-week program offers structured development, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to sales, service, inventory, and logistics, with a final project and presentation to leadership.

You will work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and priorities, taking ownership of tasks and using data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with curiosity and initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and daily branch operations initiatives.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to suggest process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities to connect operations to business goals.
• Support initiatives focused on growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with interns, mentors, and colleagues while developing business skills.
• Seek and apply feedback to strengthen performance and capabilities.
• Complete a final internship project and present insights to QXO leaders.
