Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Branch Operations Associate to support daily branch operations with counter and phone service, plus warehouse and light production duties. You will process orders, stock inventory, assemble hose components, and prepare products for pickup or shipment in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing product information, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with customers and delivery personnel to ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn Epicor Prophet 21.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service.
• Process sales, quotes, and/or production orders; maintain documentation and invoicing as applicable.
• Estimate and communicate order/delivery timelines based on inventory and production schedules.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and verify incoming products; use RF scanner as needed.
• Build hose assemblies and perform quality checks before release.
