Qualifications

• Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines under interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operational tasks are completed by all Branch employees.
• Manage audits and retention of operational materials for soundness.
• Provide exceptional customer experience by processing transactions, assessing needs, and referring partners.
• Develop knowledge of products/services to fulfill customer needs and solve problems daily.
• Execute customer requests with speed and accuracy.
• Support consumer lending activities throughout the lending process.
