Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational tasks are followed & completed daily by all Branch employees.
• Manage audits and retain operational materials to ensure sound operations.
• Provide exceptional customer experience by processing transactions, understanding needs, recommending products, and referring partners.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and services to fulfill customer needs.
• Execute customer requests with speed and accuracy.
• Understand consumer lending processes and manage relationships through the lending cycle.
• Communicate consistently to provide outstanding customer experience while adhering to regulations.
• Commit to daily personal growth, adapt to new procedures, and train others.
• Encourage use of technology in everyday banking, including teaching customers about mobile banking, P2P, online banking.
