The BOS will process transactions, support lending activities, and promote Civista's products while maintaining regulatory compliance and daily operational discipline, contributing to community financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 or 3 years' experience in branch banking environment.
• Knowledgable in all areas of operations: customer service, new accounts, and lending.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to work under deadlines with interruptions.
• Associate's Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch tasks are followed and completed daily by all branch employees.
• Manage audits and keep operational materials securely.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences by processing transactions, building relationships, assessing needs, and referring partners.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to meet customer needs and solve problems daily.
• Execute customer requests with speed and accuracy.
• Understand consumer lending processes and manage relationships throughout the lending life cycle.
• Maintain consistent communication internally and externally to ensure safety and soundness of customers and the bank.
• Engage in ongoing learning, adapt to new procedures, and embrace technology in everyday banking.
