Job summary

Popular seeks a Branch Supervisor in New York City to support the Branch Manager by overseeing daily retail operations, sales and administration. You will train and coach staff, enforce procedures, and ensure security, compliance, and excellent customer experience at the branch.

You will drive sales through cross-selling the full suite of products, manage audits and BSA compliance, and coordinate staffing, recruitment, and performance feedback to meet targets in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in Retail Branch operations, business development, sales, and managing employees.
NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail branch, including training and managing teams to adhere to procedures and security practices.
Monitor expenses and drive branch performance against sales targets.
Ensure compliance, audits (internal/external), and BSA/KYC adherence; act as escalation point for branch issues.
Support branch sales activities and expand client relationships by offering full product suites.
