Job summary

WeStreet in Oklahoma's Broken Arrow area is seeking an Assistant Financial Center Manager for the BA Branch. You will lead branch staff, model the credit union values, and ensure exceptional member service while meeting performance goals.

In partnership with the Financial Center Manager, you will coach, train, and schedule employees, manage hiring, and monitor daily operations, including loans, cash handling, audits, and compliance with BSA/AML/CIP/CDD policies.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience networking in the community and calling on local businesses to introduce the Credit Union.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff to meet service standards and embody core values.
• Promote a sales and service culture and drive cross-selling.
• Hire, train, schedule, and provide input on staff performance reviews.
• Oversee loans, cash handling, and branch audits with proper controls.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML/CIP/CDD and privacy directives.
• Maintain integrity and ethical conduct in member relations.
