Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.
• Kinesiology degree preferred.
• YMCA approved certifications in personal training and group fitness.
• CPR/AED/First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors program and membership growth and quality.
• Guides program development and fosters new initiatives.
• Maintains relationships with the community including schools and organizations.
• Implements membership strategies to improve retention.
• Oversees budgeting, staffing, fundraising, and financial controls.
• Ensures safety, risk management, and compliance.
